Acceptance

By using JevKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

JevKit is an independent informational site and public playground for Jev. It is not an official TypeSafe AI product. Live Playground requests depend on the availability and behavior of the third-party Jev API.

Free Usage

V1 provides a limited number of free real API calls. Anonymous visitors receive one successful call and signed-in users receive five successful calls. Limits, anti-abuse controls, and the site's daily API budget may prevent additional requests.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use JevKit to interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, probe or obtain server credentials, automate abusive traffic, violate applicable law, or infringe another party's rights.

No High-Stakes Reliance

Jev outputs are probabilistic model judgments. JevKit does not guarantee that any result is correct or appropriate for a consequential decision. You remain responsible for validation, authorization, human review, and any action taken based on a result.

Availability

JevKit may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Free access is not a service-level commitment.

Intellectual Property

JevKit's original site content and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Jev and TypeSafe AI names and services belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JevKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site, inability to use it, or reliance on model outputs.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above reflects the latest revision.
